2 Oz Of Wildcrafted Sea Moss

Directions On Making Sea Moss Gel:

  1. Rinse off the Sea Moss in a bowl of spring water by massaging and rubbing off any sand or natural debris from the Sea Moss and Ocean.
  2. Move the Sea Moss to a new bowl of fresh Spring Water and let it soak for about 24 hours. The Sea Moss will expand in size.
  3. Move the Sea Moss to a dry bowl and chop it in to small pieces to avoid issues with your blender.
  4. Add the chopped soaked Sea Moss into the blender with about 1-2 Cup of Spring Water Per Oz and blend on high for 1-2 mins. 
  5. Then add about 3/4 cup of Spring Water and blend on high until it is completely liquefied to your desired texture to complete the Gel mixture.
  6. Store Sea Moss Gel in a glass mason jar. 
  7. Keep the Sea Moss Gel refrigerated, it will last for about 4 weeks.
